Here are 3 great vegan pizza recipes you can try at home. We cooked ours in the BBQ Pizza Oven and they taste delicious!

Autumnal Vegan Pizza

Ingredients:

Butternut squash & pumpkin small cubes
Red onion
Caramelised onion relish
Vegan aubergine pesto
Rosemary
1 tbsp caster sugar
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

MethodButternut Squash Pizza

Heat oil in frying pan and fry the squash, pumpkin, onion and chopped rosemary for 5 mins until brown.

Splash in 200ml water, then cook over a fierce heat for 10 minutes, stirring until the squash is tender and the water has all but gone.

Then, stir in the sugar and vinegar.

Spread aubergine pesto over the pizza base before sprinkling squash, pumpkin & the onion mix over top.

Add a dollop off caramelised onion relish and a few rosemary sprigs, and cook.

Passata with peppers or chilli
Cherry toms

Pepper
Mushroom
Vegan mozzarella
