These gooey-good banana boat s’mores are a fun and easy-to-make treat that is sure to be a hit around the barbecue or campfire!
Begin by heating your barbecue or cooker to a medium-high heat.
Make a deep lengthwise cut along the inside curve of the banana, being careful not to cut through to the opposite side.
Place the banana in the centre of a large sheet of heavy-duty foil (parchment isn’t necessary, although we decided we would use it this time).
Open the banana gently and spread peanut butter evenly over the top.
Top with marshmallows and chocolate chips before covering up in the foil.
Grill, or place in embers – filled-side up for 8 to 10 minutes, or until heated through.
Cut slits in the foil to release any steam inside before opening.
Now you’re ready to serve… Enjoy!
